In this highly receptive state, participants remain in full control while mentally rehearsing success, discipline, and resilience. This structured training method aligns subconscious intentions with conscious actions, making it much easier to follow through on the goals that brought them to the gym.

Mindset Focus (5 minutes)
A short introduction to the theme of the session.

Guided Soul Conditioning™ Session (20–30 minutes)
Participants enter a relaxed, focused state where visualisation and suggestion reinforce positive habits and goal alignment.

Integration (5 minutes)
Participants return to full alertness with a clear mindset for the week ahead.

Sessions are calm, structured, and accessible to anyone. No previous experience with hypnosis is required.
